The episode begins with everyone waiting for Dr. Siddhant. He is scheduled to perform an operation on a man who has specifically come to Sanjivani to be treated by his care. Dr. Neil observes that Dr. Sid is very late, and that the patient has already been hurried to the operation theatre. Dr. Sid is trapped in house because Dr. Asha tricks him into believing that she’s fallen on the bathroom floor and can’t get up to open the door. Dr. Sid encourages her to open the door but she intentionally keeps making crying noises and tells him she’s helpless.
Vardhan decides to pour fuel in the fire and demands to know the whereabouts of Dr. Sid. Ishani notices the disturbance and enquires about him. Vardhan says the patient has already been anaesthetised and if he’s not operated upon, he could die. Dr. Shashank sends Dr. Juhi to perform the surgery but he’s very angry at Dr. Sid. Dr. Ishani tries to explain that he could’ve stuck in traffic but Vardhan tells her a patients life is more important.
Dr. Sid breaks open the door and discovers Dr. Asha on the floor. He rushes to the hospital. Dr. Shashank who scolds him, and says this kind of carelessnsss won’t be tolerated. He asks Dr. Sid if he’ll be able to perform the operation of the commissioner in the evening. Dr. Sid says yes. Vardhan hires fake news media to ask objectionable questions to Dr. Sid.
Dr. Ishani tries to help Dr. Sid with his studies before the operation. Vardhan sees them together and phones Asha, who interrupts, Sid and Ishani. Asha gives Dr. Sid some prasad from the temple.
Tomorrow: Dr. Sid commits a mistake while performing the surgery. Dr. Shashank is very angry with him.
