The episode begins with Dr. Sid entering the locker room where Dr. Ishani was confronting Dr. Asha about Guddu’s disappearance. Dr. Asha instantly begins to cry and says everyone is blaming her because of her recent ill fortunes. Dr. Sid comforts her, while Dr. Ishani watches from the sidelines and then leaves the room. In her mind, Dr. Asha pledges to keep Dr. Sid and Dr. Ishani apart. Dr. Ishani visits her patient, Utsav, who has been admitted with a case of frostbite in his leg. There’s a blood clot in the leg’s tissue, which means they’ll have to amputate his leg or the infection will spread to his body. Utsav panics and explains that its not a very serious wound, and Dr. Ishani assures him that she’s only talking about the possibility. Dr. Rishab enters the room and tells them that amputation is a necessity. Utsav states that he’s a footballer and if he loses his leg, it’ll ruin his career.

Dr. Ishani goes to talk with Dr. Rishab but he ignores her pleas. Dr. Asha comes to her and says maybe amputation is the only option here. Dr. Asha gives her the idea that maybe Dr. Sid should perform the operation and saves the patient’s leg. But since he’s on probation he won’t be able to do it. Dr. Ishani goes to meet Dr. Rishab.

Dr. Rishab declines Dr. Ishani’s request and tells her to not interfere with his case. Vardhan tells Dr. Ishani that Dr. Shashank can’t meet her because he has back to back surgeries today. He also claims that Dr. Rishab’s decision is correct.

Dr. Siddhant is very sad about his current situation and lack of patients to treat. Dr. Asha comes to him and explains all about Utsav’s case, piling on all his history so that Dr. Siddhant will feel sympathetic toward him. Dr. Siddhant knows a way through which Utsav’s leg can be saved. He goes to Dr. Ishani who is very hesitant to let him operate on Utsav but he convinces her by stating that he’s the only one who can save him. They both go to the operation theater, as Vardhan decides to interrupt the operation and end Sid’s career.
