The episode begins with Dr. Ishani trying to explain to Dr. Sid that his wife, Dr. Asha is responsible for his degraded situation. Dr. Sid refuses to believe her, citing that Dr. Asha would never hurt him. Dr. Ishani is at a loss of words. As she’s walking down the hallway, she spots Dr. Asha mixing something in Dr. Sid’s cup and decides to confront her. Dr. Ishani accuses Dr. Asha of drugging Dr. Sid and then trying to sabotaging his career during the board meeting. Dr. Asha retorts that even though Dr. Ishani is right, Dr. Sid is never going to be believe and she’ll never succeed in saving his career. Dr. Ishani challenges Dr. Asha that she’s going to protect Dr. Sid against her and everyone who wishes her harm.
Dr. Ishani goes to meet Dr. Sid, and finds out that he’s fallen unconscious again. She runs to him and tries to revive him, but Dr. Juhi watches them both from a distance and walks away in anger. Dr. Ishani decides to perform a blood test on Dr. Sid to find out the drugs in his bloodstream. She takes Dr. Sid to Dr. Rahil, who performs the test.
Dr. Juhi goes to Vardhan and says that she thinks Dr. Sid isn’t taking care of responsibilities and shouldn’t be allowed to perform further operations. Dr. Asha finds out that somebody took Dr. Sid’s blood sample and rushes to take the results. Dr. Ishani reaches the office first, and looks at the reports. Dr. Sid stumbles into the room and asks her to read the outcome, but Dr. Ishani appears confused after looking at the files.
