The episode begins with Dr. Rishabh forcing Dr. Asha and Dr. Siddhant to take a selfie with him, especially to make Dr. Ishani feel jealous. Dr. Ishani leaves the party and thinks about her support to Dr. Asha and Dr. Siddhant. She knows about the fact that she can’t reconcile with Dr. Siddhant ever again because of his commitment to Dr. Asha and her child. Dr. Siddhant becomes concerned about Ishani and leaves the party to find her. He sees her sitting on the bench in the garden and approaches her. They both say, “I love you” to each other at the same time.
Dr. Siddhant elaborates his reasons for marrying Dr. Asha. He compares it to tending to a patient. All his life he was humiliated because he didn’t know his father, and he didn’t want to give the same future to another child.
Dr. Vardhan is burning Dr. Shahank’s photograph when someone interrupts him. It is revealed that Asha is his accomplice. Dr. Vardhan forced Dr. Asha to marry Dr. Siddhant and destroy his life by separating him from Ishani. He blackmailed her with the information about her child with Dr. Arjun, and warned if she didn’t help him, he’d tell the news to Asha’s family. This is Dr. Vardhan’s way of taking revenge from Dr. Shahank. Dr. Asha says she’s only helping him to save her career.
Dr. Ishani is very proud of Dr. Siddhant and of herself for loving him. She knows that they both have to move on because he’s married and has responsibilities toward Asha. Ishani and Siddhant finally walk their own separate ways.
