The episode begins with Dr. Ishani and Dr. Sid tending to the patient who’s cut her wrist in the hall. Dr. Sid hopes Ishani doesn’t do anything similar to harm herself because of his betrayal. Sid is very disturbed with Ishani’s condition, and suggests to Asha that maybe they should tell the truth to Ishani, because she deserves to know why they got married. Asha disagrees, stating that they can’t tell the truth to anyone. Sid is unable to bear Ishani’s moroseness.
Dr. Shashank goes to meet Dr. Juhi in the children’s ward and apologizes to her. He should’ve told her the truth about the case but he was afraid she’d not be able to hide it. Juhi is still sad that he had to take the blame on himself for someone else’s mistake. Shashank restates that the case was complicated and someone should’ve to take the responsibility.
Dr. Rishabh finds Sid and begins to annoy him; he will now try to entrap Ishani because Rishabh is married to Asha. Sid gets increasingly angry, and tells him to do whatever he wants to, with Ishani. He doesn’t care about her, his only job is to make sure Asha is comfortable and safe. Ishani hears his answer and is devastated.
Ishani confronts Asha call her a betrayer. Asha overwhelmed and faints. When she comes back to her senses, Ishani informs her that she’s pregnant. Dr. Sid comes to see her, and confirms that he’s the father of the child.
Tomorrow: Ishani is still finding it difficult to accept the truth. Sid promises to give his full support to Asha.
