ScoopWhoop is a renowned name on the internet with its unique content and its connection with the audience. ScoopWhoop has added another feather in its hat by bringing the stories of our famous celebrities from different industries and uniting them under one category, i.e. celebrities.

This week’s ScoopWhoop Townhall episode breaks the barriers between North and South India and particularly Bollywood and Tollywood film industry by bringing a star who has worked in both these industries.

ScoopWhoop Townhall features Rana Daggubati in its episode 8, which was posted on June 14, 2019. The episode features the life of Rana Daggubati right from his beginning days till date. Some might think that the duration of the video is quite long but we ensure you that it’s an amazing thing to watch.

Rana Daggubati shares his childhood experiences of what it was like to live in a house that was day in and day out surrounded by people who wanted to be actors. He talks about vanity that is seen today and how things were different when his grandfather, a farmer initially decided to make movies. The period of struggling that was back then with a bad image credited to the industry and how it has changed over time is also discussed in the conversation. What went into the making of Bahubali and his character and the leap of faith that they took while releasing it, the fun moments on the sets of Bahubali, the contemplation and the hard work that they put in for 5 years were another highlights of the conversation.

Rana Daggubati then also talks about how things have become simpler after Bahubali with a larger influx of people wanting to invest money. “Content is King” that is what Rana believes in and works on the content more. He also discusses the jobs he did as a kid on the sets and how he has learned various things from the beginning itself.

This is a great initiative by ScoopWhoop to bring stories that are actually sidelined because of the mainstreams. Apart from Rana Daggubati, ScoopWhoop Townhall has featured Pankaj Tripathi, Sanjay Mishra, Zoya Akhtar, Radhika Apte, Sunny Leone, Rajkumar Rao, Tanmay Bhat, Biswa Kalyan Rath, and Abish Mathew.
