Ranveer Singh started his career opposite Anushka Sharma in Yash Raj Films romantic comedy movie “Band Baaja Baarat”. He even got Filmfare award in the best male debut category for the role. Now, Ranveer will be joining Shah Rukh Khan at Grevin Wax Museum in Paris. Ranveer will the second Bollywood celebrity after King Khan, to be honoured with a statue.
Ranveer Singh is all set to get a wax statue installed Grévin wax museum, Paris on his 31st birthday on 6th July. His measurements were already taken back in 2016, when he was in Paris shooting for his film “Befikre”. His eyes, skin, and eye colour were recorded. The only problem for the sculptor was to capture the exact contour of the actor’s face since he was growing a beard for his upcoming Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s movie “Padmavati” where he is playing the role of Allauddin Khilji.
Ranveer said,”It’s a truly special birthday present and one that will always bring back beautiful memories of Paris. I love all things French, and am grateful to the museum that they have given me a permanent place in wax in their home and their hearts.”
