The recent few months have been hard for everywhere in the world but for Nawazuddin Siddiqui, it looks like there are many issues to deal with. Recently the actor’s wife filed for divorce him after 11 years of marriage and now a fresh trouble is brewing for him. The actor’s niece has filed a sexual harassment case against his brother.
In the complaint filed at Jamia court in Delhi, the niece alleges that she was molested by the actor’s brother when she was a child. Further in an interview she said:
“As a child I didn’t understand thinking it was my uncle, but when I grew up I realized it was a different kind of touch. There was violence too”.
When she reported the matter to Nawazuddin the actor, allegedly replied back saying “chacha hai, aisa kabhi nahi kar sakte”.
Nawazuddin’s niece had a court marriage, she even went on to claim that her father and uncle harrased her in-laws. The actor is already under pressure after his wife accused him of not respecting women.
In an interview his wife had said “We were facing problems in our married life since the time we got hitched. Neither Nawazuddin nor his brothers know how to respect women. He used to only point out my mistakes whenever we talked. He even insulted me several times in front of others.”
The actor nor his family members have issued any statement on the issue as of yet.
