Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh has added a new feather in its cap after entering the double century club within two weeks, it surpassed Uri: The Surgical Strike to become the 10th highest-grossing Hindi film.

Trade analyst and movie critic Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account to share the updates about the movie at the box office. In a post he wrote “#KabirSingh emerges the 10th highest grossing #Hindi film… 1. #Baahubali2 [#Hindi], 2. #Dangal, 3. #Sanju, 4. #PK, 5. #TigerZindaHai, 6. #BajrangiBhaijaan, 7. #Padmaavat, 8. #Sultan, 9. #Dhoom3, 10. #KabirSingh#Uri moves to the 11th position. India biz.”

The film added around Rs 3.20cr to its accumulations on third Tuesday, taking its 19days aggregate to more than Rs 243.17 crore.

The movie surpassed Salman Khan’s blockbuster Bharat record to achieve 200cr mark in less number of days. Kabir Singh entered Rs 200cr club in just 13 days, while Bharat earned the same in 14 days and even Uri is able to hit the benchmark in 28 days.

Kabir Singh is also the fourth Bollywood film of 2019 to gross over Rs 20 crore on its day 1. It stands as the greatest solo hit of the on-screen character’s vocation.

The collection graph of the movie has shown positive growth in the business. Fans are thronging the theatre in huge numbers, Sandeep Reddy Vanga the director of the movie is basking on a great run in cinemas.
