Shilpa Shetty is among the fittest celebrities in the film industry. She is usually seen attending various fitness events and had recently launched her own fitness product line.

Shilpa Shetty’s fitness routine includes Yoga, strength, cardio etc. According to her, she practices strength exercies twice a week, does cardio once every week and Yoga atleast twice a week. Shilpa likes to stay away from weights.

Shilpa talks about fitness through her social media accounts. She has got over 12.7 million followers on Instagram alone and she makes sure that she engages audience in large numbers.

In her recent post, Shilpa shared her fitness mantra called ‘ShilpaKaMantra’. She wrote, “If you ever experience self-doubt & think you can’t do something, just visualize yourself being able to do it successfully. Then, every day, make an effort to move closer to your goals. Positive thoughts lead to positive outcomes.”

Shilpa had recently also shared a work-out video with her fans. She captioned it, “Verified
If you ever feel like ‘jumping’ onto a bandwagon, make sure it is the fitness bandwagon!???????? When you are determined to get fit, nothing’s going to stop you.
