Bollywood director Shree Narayan Singh‘s upcoming movie titled ‘Jasmine‘, will be based on a women-centric plot. Director Shree Narayan Singh has previously worked along with the actor Akshay Kumar in the movie ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ and now he is all set to make the next movie which will be a social drama.
According to the reports, Shree’s Mukambika Pictures and Prernaa Arora’s Kriarj Entertainment are collaborating together for women-centric movie titled ‘Jasmine’. The story of the movie will be based on a leased womb. Shree gave the Hindi cinema a responsible message-driven movie in the form of the movie ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’. However, he will be producing the upcoming movie along with Prerna Arora.
Shree Narayan Singh’s upcoming movie ‘Jasmine’ will be based on the social issue. However, the movie will be directed by a new director and the story of the movie has been scripted by the Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’s writer-duo Siddharth-Garima.
About the movie, Shree Narayan Singh, says that he is extremely happy to collaborate along with the Kriarj once again. He always wanted to work on the story which will be based on the women-centric movie and now he finally he got an opportunity to do so.
The movie ‘Jasmine’ will be based on the concept of motherhood. The movie will feature a 9-month pregnant woman, 9 days of Navratri. It will be representing the circle of life and hence it is called ‘garbha’. It is a dance form which actually celebrates the womb. The movie ‘Jasmine’ is a celebration of an emotion which is otherwise taken for granted – Motherhood. The movie ‘Jasmine’ will start rolling by 2018. However, the cast of the movie will be announced shortly.
On the work front, Shree Narayan Singh will also be seen directing the movie titled ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu‘. The movie features Shahid Kapoor in the lead and the movie will be focusing on the highly priced electricity bills which nowadays that has become a very common problem for the citizens of the country. The movie is slated to release on August 31, 2018.
