Always nice to see women in action scenes, says Shruti Seth!

Shruti Seth is an Indian actress and a television VJ. Shruti rose the popularity from the role of Jiya Malhotra in Star Plus hit comedy series “Shararat”, which was an Indian fantasy-sitcom, originally broadcast on Star Plus channel from 2003 to 2007. Shararat became one of the most popular show as the series progressed and has since become a cult-classic. In 2010, Disney Channel bought the rights to the show. Later, Shruti made her debut with the movie “Waisa Bhi Hota Hai”. However, she has played supporting roles in films like “Fanaa” and “Slumdog Millionaire.” She even hosted many television shows including the Comedy Circus Series.

Recently, Actress Shruti says that it always good to see women doing an action scene. Talking about Hollywood actress Charlize Theron’s action avatar in “Atomic Blonde”. Shruti said, “It is always nice to see women kick some ass. I read somewhere that she has performed her own stunts, Which I think is incredible. All in all, it’s a fun, stylized film with great music and a fantastic soundtrack which is very reminiscent of the 80s and the 90s.”

The movie is based on a 2012 graphic novel “The Coldest City” and the movie revolves around a spy who has to find a list of double agents who are being smuggled into the West on the eve of the collapse of the Berlin Wall. The movie is directed by David Leitch. The movie also features Lorraine Broughton, James McAvoy, David Percival, Eddie Marsan, John Goodman, Emmett Kurzfeld and Toby Jones.
