Teaser of the multistarrer film ‘Sonchiriya’ is out and the filmmaker Abhishek Chaubey do know how much to tease the audience. The balanced teaser is enough to tell that it is based on the dacoits of Chambal but not enough to get the idea of the story. Impressive.
The movie stars Sushant Singh Rajput, Bhumi Pednekar, Manoj Bajpayee, Ranvir Shorey and Ashutosh Rana. Sushant is ready to break his ‘lover boy’ image while Bhumi as a female dacoit, with a gun on her shoulder, looks intense.
The one and a half minute clip, doesn’t give away much. Manoj features as Man Singh, a famous dacoit of ’70s who had a huge bounty on his head. Ashutosh Rana will be seen in his angry and intense avatar again.
The voiceover, by Sushant Singh, in the video informs, that everyone is looking for the ‘sonchiraiya’ the golden but no one will succeed in doing so.
In August first look of Sushant came out and left fans in awestruck as the lover boy, looked so serious in a gangster look.

The news of wrapping up if the shoot, was shared by Bhumi. She posted her look on her Instagram account and captioned it, “As we wrap up this unforgettable journey, sharing a bit of me from this very special film.”
