Bollywood’s action hero Sunny Deol, has officially confirmed that he is working on a docudrama and a book based on his father Dharmendra‘s life.
From his childhood to journey in Bollywood and then attaining a superstar title in the industry, the book and the movie will have it all, it will cover his whole life.
Dharmendra was undoubted, one of the most handsome actors in the Bollywood. He was definitely a heartthrob in his times and made any girl skip a beat, with his natural smile. He is a versatile actor and worked in over 300 movies in all genres. From comedy to tragedy, from action to romance, the actor has done it all.
Dharmendra is mostly loved for his comedy in ‘Sholay’. The non-breakable Jodi of Jai-Veeru can never be forgotten, with Jai’s seriousness and maturity and Veeru’s flirtatious nature, the movie became everybody’s all-time favorite. There was news of biopic being made on Dharmendra’s life, going on in Bollywood alleys but Sunny Deol recently confirmed it by saying, “Yes a docudrama and a book on papa’s life is being worked on. He remembers the smallest details of his films, of the people he met during the course of his life and the life he lived in Punjab before he came to Mumbai to become a movie star. A team is talking to him and others connected with him to document his journey.”
Dharmendra is an inspiration for those who aspire to make big in Bollywood without any Godfather or known name.
