After Dharmendra, his sons Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, his daughter Esha Deol and his nephew Abhay Deol, Bollywood is all set to witness yet another Deol on the big screen. This time it is his grandson and son of Sunny Deol, Karan Deol. The film which started its shoot on May 18, 2017 is titled Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, a namesake of a hit track featuring Dharmendra from his film Blackmail.

Sunny Deol, who is fiercely working towards the big launch of his elder son Karan Deol’s film career, chose the occasion of Valentine’s Day, to give us a peek into the young lad’s much awaited Bollywood debut ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’. Karan’s debut film will be directed by Sunny Deol himself and this will be his third directorial after his debut in 1999 with Dillagi and Ghayal Once Again in 2016. Not just this, to give Karan a big platform, Sunny Deol has collaborated with Zee Studios. The last time they collaborated it was for the then biggest blockbuster of Indian cinema, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha.

Sunny Deol said, Life has come a full circle for me. My father launched me and now I am launching my son. Karan is extremely passionate about his acting career and I am sure he will do everyone proud. I am glad he is debuting with a Zee Studios project as I have full conviction that Zee will not leave any stone unturned to ensure that the film is marketed and released well.

We are yet to learn about the female lead of the film but reports suggest that Sunny Deol was keen on roping in Saif’s daughter for the film. Apparently, he approached Amrita Singh (Sara’s mother) for the same. He was keen on recreating the Betaab magic but the latter turned him down since Sara has signed a contract with Dharma productions.
