Actress Taapsee Pannu is currently basking in the success of her recent release ‘Saand Ki Aankh.’
She recently shared her picture with her co-star Bhumi Pednekar on her Instagram profile, celebrating the successful second week of their film.
The picture has both Bhumi and Taapsee posing gracefully on the beach, with a beautiful background.

‘Saand Ki Aankh’ is directed by debutant Tushar Hiranandani and was released on 25 October, clashing with ‘Housefull 4’ and ‘Made In China.’
The film and the lead actors performance met with positive critical reception and has been steadily making an impact at the box-office, with a total 14.85 crore net collection.
‘Saand Ki Aankh’ was marred in controversies since its inception with its title dispute between its producer Anurag Kashyap and Pritish Nandy, as the latter had the copyright to the title ‘Womaniya’ which was the original title of the film.
Recently, it got into ageism debate after Neena Gupta urged that please leave the age appropriate roles for them.
The film is based on the lives of sharpshooters Chandro and Prakashi Tomar, who started shooting in their 60s.
Taapsee will be next seen in Anubhav Sinha’s ‘Thappad’, which revolves around issues of women. It will release next year.
