Trailer of the Tamil movie ‘Maari 2’ is released today, and ‘Raanjhanaa’ actor Dhanush is carrying his famous swaggy avatar as usual. He is the main character of the movie, a notorious don, who is good to good people.
‘Maari 2’ is the sequels of 2015 released ‘Maari’ which was an action comedy and starred Kajal Aggarwal opposite Dhanush. This time it is Sai Pallavi who is cast opposite Dhanush.
The movie revolves around ‘Maari’ most notorious don of the area. Beeja a.k.a Thanathos, played by Tovino Thomas, wants to kill Maari, at any cost.
The trailer has been viewed by more than one million people till now and South Indian Movies fans are going crazy over it.
Written & Directed by Balaji Mohan, ‘Maari 2’ is produced by Dhanush himself. A Yuvan Shankar Raja musical also stars Krishna, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Robo Shankar, Kalloori Vino, Kaali Venkat & others.
Dhanush has done an ‘English-French’ movie ‘The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir‘ for which he received an award as an actor, in the category The Ray of Sunshine, at Norwegian International Film Festival. He even won Filmfare for ‘Raanjhanaa’ for best debutant male. He won three national film award and 12 South Indian International Movie Awards(SIIMA).
