The Tamil film industry is releasing three movies this Friday including Prabhu Deva’s rom-com ‘Charlie Chaplin 2’. Dileepan will also be back as a lead actor after five years this week in action drama ‘Kuthoosi’.
Charlie Chaplin 2:
‘Charlie Chaplin 2’ is the sequel of Charlie Chaplin, released in the year 2002. It stars Michael Jackson of Indian Cinema Prabhu Deva, Nikki Galrani, Adah Sharma, Prabhu, Samir Kochha.
Deva has tried his hands in lyrics writing for the first time and did it for two songs of the movie. The family entertainer is written and directed by Shakthi Chidambaram and produced by T.Siva.
Kuthoosi:
It is an action drama starring Dileepan, Amala, Yogi Babu, and Munees. The film is written & directed by Siva Sakthi and produced by N. Thiyagarana of Sri Lakshmi Studios.
Dileepan starrer highlights the importance of organic farming. Talking about the film he said, “I think it’s a blessing for an actor like me to get a film such as Kuthoosi as farming is an important topic. It’s satisfying to play the lead in such a film.”
Simba:
‘Simba’ is a Tamil dark comedy, written and directed by Aravind Sridhar. The film features Bharath, Premgi Amaren and Bhanu Sri Mehra in the lead roles, while Ramana in a supporting role. Featuring music has been composed by Vishal Chandrashekhar.
The synopsis of the film reads, “#Simba is a Tamil Dark Comedy Film, Based on a LONELY STONER’S day-to-day Life and how a new neighbor turn’s his world around.”
