Two Telugu films, Akhil Akkineni’s romantic comedy ‘Mr. Majnu’ and, Yamini Bhaskar and Priyanth’s drama ‘Kothaga Maa Prayanam’ are scheduled to release this Friday. Both of them are romantic dramas.
Mr. Majnu:
The film stars Akhil Akkineni, Nidhhi Agerwal, Izabelle Leite, Naga Babu, and Priyadarshi. The film is directed by Venky Atluri who gave a super hit at the ticket-windows with his debut film ‘Tholiprema’. It is produced by BVSN Prasad under Sri Venkateswara Chalana Chitra banner.
The film is a Telugu language Romantic comedy-drama.
Only five films old Akhil Akkineni is back with his lover boy avatar. He was last seen in superhit Telugu romantic action ‘Hello’ opposite Kalyani Priyadarshan in 2017.
Kothaga Maa Prayanam:
The romantic youthful entertainer ‘Kothaga Maa Prayanam’ revolves around a software techie who does not believe in love, relationship, family or marriage but eventually finds his “the one” and ends up falling in love with her.
The romantic drama stars Yamini Bhaskar and Priyanth and is bankrolled by Nischay Productions in association with Srinidhi Studios. It is helmed by Ramana Mogili.
The film will mark the debut of Priyanth and Jeeva will also be seen playing a pivotal role in it. Yamini will play the role of adorable next-door-girl.
