In this episode, Chef Kunal Kapoor discovers the royal legacy of Rajasthan, a state that is not only culturally rich but has had a glorious past as well. Chef Kunal along with his friend Ahsaas Channa visits the royal family and have a meal that Thakur Man Singh Kanota cooks himself.
Along with this royal family, Chef Kunal visits various other places that are famous for their style of cooking. Chef Kunal visits another royal family who uses betel leaves in their preparation of meat. He then meets the chef at Fairmont Jaipur who further tells him that the meat of Jaipur and Jodhpur are famous in other cities as well.
Phaguniya Kalia Kham is a dish of the spring season and Thakur Man Singh Kanota modifies some of the recipes which have been handed down to the generations.
This particular episode is a heaven for all the meat lovers.
