The first trailer of Tamil web series ‘Vella Raja is released today. The series will start streaming on Amazon prime from December 7. It is the first Tamil series on Amazon, which will release also in Hindi and Telugu.
‘Vella Raja’ features Bobby Simha and Parvathy Nair. The show is produced by Dream Warrior Pictures and directed by Guhan Senniappan.
Synopsis of the video reads, “The story revolves around a fugitive drug mafia. The extortion of a lump sum amount of cocaine forces a city cop named Theresa to keep track of Deva’s trade. Now after 3 years, Deva’s still in hiding at an old motel called Bawa Lodge. What does the future hold for Deva?”
The story is set in North Chennai and revolves around several individuals who are trapped inside a lodge because of police and drug mafia encounter. Drug lord Deva finds himself picketed by police and he has to find a way out with his loot.
