The trailer launch of the popular director Partho Ghosh’s latest film Dosti Zindabad was launched with great fanfare on Friday in Mumbai. It may be remembered that Partho had earlier directed several hit films including Agnisaakshi and Ghulam E Mustafa. The youth centric film has been conceived by Ashih Maheshwari and directed by Partho Ghosh. The film shot in Lucknow is slated for release all over the country on November 8 this year. Present on the occasion of the trailer launch were the producers and the distributor Shakeel Hashmi, besides the star cast comprising of Dev Sharma (of Yaariyaan fame) Sabeeha Uttarwala, Saakshi Mago, Rahul Chowdhary and Ali Khan.

Dosti Zindabad is an out and out comedy film. Among the films which are based on friendship in Bollywood, this film stands out separately as a different film which is full of novelty. The young Indians will like this film which sets out to bring to the fore friendship to different level in an entirely different angle altogether.

Writer-Producer Ashish Maheshwari reiterated that it is a youth oriented film with which h the youth today will definitely be able to relate to a lot. It is based on incidents that happen in a person’s life. “When I narrated the script to Partho Ghosh and requested him to direct it, he immediately agreed to do so. The film has been designed out and out as a family entertainer. Distributor Shakeel Hashmi said that when the audiences set out to watch the film, they will feel that a slice of their own life has been portrayed on the screen. He added that the songs of the film would appeal to the audiences instantly.

Dosti Zindabad is slated for release on November 8 at the box office. The film has been produced by Shreya Cine Vision by Shailesh Maheshwari and Shruti Maheshwari. The story conceived by Ashish Maheshwari has been written by Sohail Akhtar. The film stars Dev Sharma, Sabeeha Uttarwala, Saakshi Mago, Rahul Chowdhary, Abbas Khan, Apoorva Nain, Rajeev Nigam, Ehsaan Khan, Shakti Kapoor, Mohan Joshi, Kiran Kumar,Pappu Polyester and Shraddha Sharma and Ali Khan. Music is by Sachin Anand and Biswajeet Bhattacharya. Jo Jo Khan is the choreographer and Akram Khan is the DOP. The film is being distributed by Shakeel Hashmi of Big Curtains Media Private Limited.
