The first-day box collection of the comedy-drama movie title ‘Tumhari Sulu‘ has been released today. The movie features Vidya Balan in the role of a late night Radio jockey in Mumbai, Manav Kaul as Vidya Balan’s husband and actress Neha Dhupia as Vidya’s Boss. The movie has been directed by Suresh Triveni and produced by Bhushan Kumar under the banners of T-Series and Ellipsis Entertainment.
Today, Bollywood Analyst Taran Adarsh released the first-day box office collection of the movie ‘Tumhari Sulu’ on his Twitter account along with a caption saying, “#TumhariSulu picked up after a slow start in the morning shows… Fri ₹ 2.87 cr. On the very first day, the movie ‘Tumhari Sulu’ has earned a sum of Rs 2.87 crore. The movie which is based on the simple middle-class woman named ‘Sulu’ and she feels that she was born to take a flight probably a flight of a freedom. However, she has acquired herself in the household chores but now she says that she has started to believe in her own abilities.
Later, in the movie, actress Vidya Balan will get the opportunity to fly from the owner of the radio station, Neha Dhupia. Her Radio Jockey boss Neha offers Vidya Balan a job and that is when her life takes a new turn in the movie. Moreover, the movie also features that how people around you will make an attempt to pull you down whenever you are ready to take a flight. The actress received much love from the audience and even the makers of the movie are overwhelmed with the response.
