Divya Bharti was regarded as one of the most popular actresses of early 1990s. She made her Bollywood debut in 1992 with Vishwatma opposite Sunny Deol and received Filmfare Award for Lux New Face of the Year for Deewana released in the same year later.

The actress gave around 14 films in Bollywood in her career that spanned a little over a year. While not much is known about her due to her sudden death, we have come to know about a beautiful side of her personality.

During a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, actor Varun Dhawan revealed about his childhood memory of the actress where she cooked something for him on the set while he was very hungry.

Divya was working in Shola Aur Shabnam which was directed by David Dhawan, Varun’s father. Varun was a kid at that time and was crying on the sets of the film as he needed something to eat. The actress took notice and made an omelette for him.

Varun also added that he would have loved to work with him.

On the work front, Varun Dhawan is all set for his upcoming film Street Dancer which stars himself, Shraddha Kapoor, Norah Fatehi, and Prabhu Deva in lead roles.

He is also filming for his father’s Coolie No. 1 where he is paired up with Sarah Ali Khan. The film is a remake his father’s 1995 release of the same name that starred Govinda and Karisma Kapoor.

He has also for the biopic of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal of the Indian Army. The film will be directed by Sriram Raghavan and will mark his second collaboration with Varun four years after Badlapur.
