Critically acclaimed actor Vineet Kumar Singh has joined the cast of Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar starrer ‘Saand Ki Aankh‘. The film will be directed by Tushar Hiranandani who is a writer making his directorial debut and produced by Reliance Entertainment, Anurag Kashyap, and Nidhi Parmar.
Movie critic and Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the actor’s picture with the caption, “Vineet Singh joins the cast of #SaandKiAankh… Stars Taapsee Pannu, Bhumi Pednekar and Prakash Jha… Directed by Tushar Hiranandani… Produced by Reliance Entertainment, Anurag Kashyap and Nidhi Parmar,” on his Twitter handle.

Indian film producer, actor, director, and screenwriter Prakash Jha also joined the cast of ‘Saand Ki Aankh’. The biographical drama will narrate the story of the world’s oldest sharpshooters Chandro and Prakashi Tomar, living in Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh.
Jha gave a statement, “The enthusiasm the whole team had for me rubbed off on me along with a great part… looking forward to the shoot.”
The actor started his acting career in 2002 and continued to star in films in which he went unnoticed. He received recognition for his roles in ‘Bombay Talkies’ and ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ and his intense role in ‘Ugly’ and ‘Daas Dev’ won him huge appreciation.
He made his Bollywood Debut as Lead Actor with the 2018 Anurag Kashyap’s Film ‘Mukkabaaz’. The film was screened at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival and the 2017 Mumbai Film Festival and earned positive reviews.
He was also seen in Akshay Kumar starrer historical sports drama film ‘Gold’, in which he played the role of footballer Imtiaz.
