Kangana Ranaut is gearing up for her upcoming film ‘Dhaakad’. The action film is being helmed by Razneesh Razy Ghai. The actor, along with the director, writer and producer of the film conducted a virtual chat session for the film. They discussed details about their film’s script in their virtual meet.
Kangana’s team, posted this on Twitter. They tweeted :

While, earlier Kangana had talked about the film in an interview too. About the film, she had said :
“Dhaakad is not only a benchmark film for my career but will be a turning point for Indian cinema as well. The film is mounted on a large scale, and is one of a kind female-led action film.”
She further added, “If it is received well, there will be no looking back for women in Indian Cinema. Sohel and Razy are my friends, and we have been planning this project from quite some time. I am quite excited about this film and can’t wait to start work on it.”
Kangana’s last film was ‘Panga’. Apart from Dhaakad, she is waiting for the release of her film ‘Thalaivi’. It is a biopic on late actor and politician J Jayalalithaa. The biopic is not complete though, as some portion of the film is still left. They’ll be completed soon by the film’s team.
Dhaadak has been produced by Sohail Maklai, while Ritesh Shah is the writer.
