Milan Luthria’s upcoming movie “Baadshaho” have released their first song, ‘Mere Rashke Qamar‘. Yesterday, the actress Ileana D’Cruz shared the still of the song. The Sufi song has almost everything to make it to the playlist of all the die hard romantics.
Lyricist Manoj Muntashir has actually given the song a fresh touch by playing up a little with the original lyrics. Th song has a soothing lyrics, the tunes of harmonium and the soulful voice of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and his nephew Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. There are many old melodies that have lost their charm in their reinvented versions, but Tanishk Bagchi has retained the original essence of the song.

In the song, Ajay Devgn is wooed by the beauty of royal Ileana. On the other hand, Ileana just wants a loyal relationship from his as in the beginning of the song she is heard saying, “Kabhi mera bharosa mat toddna” to Ajay. The song has been shot in different locales of Bikaner, Jodhpur, and Jaisalmer.
