‘Rukh‘ is an upcoming powerful drama and mystery film, which is directed by Atanu Mukherjee and the movie is a part of the inaugural Drishyam-Sundance Institute Screenwriters Lab 2015. The movie features actor Manoj Bajpai in the lead role along with Adarsh Gourav, Smita Tambe, and Kumud Mishra.

The two-minute thirty-six seconds trailer shows a son’s search for closure post his father’s death in a road mishap leads to some dark realizations. The movie ‘Rukh’ is all about a journey of a boy rediscovering his lost connections and familial ties. He manages to do that through a secret and memories he must confront on his way. The music in the movie has been given by Amit Trivedi.
However, the founder of Drishyam Films, Manish Mundra, says that the movie Rukh is a very special movie for them because they have mentored the story from the start with the Drishyam-Sundance Screenwriters Lab and they feel very proud and happy with the way it has shaped up and they can’t wait to show it to the audience. Moreover, the movie is said to be based on the real-life events and characters. The movie deals with themes we can all easily relate to.
The movie ‘Rukh’ is all set to release on October 27, 2017.
