An Indian actress Parineeti Chopra says that writers need to write amazing female parts in the script. She wants the writers to create more characters for female actors in the comedy genre. Currently, she is gearing up for her upcoming action-comedy movie titled ‘Golmaal Again’ which is directed and co-produced by Rohit Shetty. The movie features Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Parineeti Chopra, Arshad Warsi, Tushar Kapoor, Kunal Kemmu, Shreyas Talpade in the lead role and Nitin Mukesh in supporting roles.
About her upcoming movie, Parineeti says that she enjoyed making the people laugh on the sets of the movie and she would like to do more such movies like this. She believes that it depends on the personality and what exactly do you want to do on the screen, she loves to do the comedy movie as she is very good in making people laugh around her. But, she knows that these days not many comedy movies are written. She wants writers to write a good comedy part for the female actors as well.
She says that there are many actresses such as Hema Malini, Juhi Chawla, Karisma Kapoor and much more they all were part of some good comedy movies, but looking at today’s time there is no dearth of such roles. When asked from the actress that how does she feel being a part of the Golmaal franchise? Parineeti says that she feels very blessed that she got a chance to play a part in Rohit Shetty’s movie ‘Golmaal Again’. Moreover, she says that sometimes it can be difficult to step into a world of a movie that has been already been established due to its story and actor because the actors have already set into their character and story but she says that with this movie it was different.
The whole team of the Golmaal was very friendly and they are best one to make newcomers feel comfortable and she felt like that she was always into the movie. For the director, Rohit Shetty, Parineeti says that he is an amazing person and whenever you talk to him you feel very motivated.
When asked from the other female actress from the movie, Tabu that how was her experience shooting for a movie after a so while? Tabu said that the shooting for the movie ‘Golmaal Again’ was like a picnic for her as well as for the other actors. The whole cast of the movie enjoyed a lot and they all keep playing a prank on each other however they all got bored of doing pranks on her. No one from the team has taken her seriously and was having fun so, therefore, even she started enjoying a lot with all of them.
The movie ‘Golmaal Again’ is expected to release on October 20, 2017.
