Actress Yami Gautam has been receiving heaps of praises for her performance in the successful comedy film ‘Bala.’

Yami played the role of Lucknow based supermodel Pari Mishra, who is also a TikTok star for which she had created a Tiktok account.
‘Bala’, directed by Amar Kaushik, also starred Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead role. It follows the story of a man suffering from premature baldness and the embarrassment he faces.
The film met with overwhelming positive response from the critics and has also proved to be a commercial success with an estimated 145 crores at the box-office.
Yami’s earlier release was Aditya Dhar’s action thriller ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’, where she played a secret government agent. The film was a critical and box-office hit.
She will be next seen in the romantic comedy ‘Ginny Weds Sunny’, directed by Puneet Khanna where she will share the screen space with Vikrant Massey.
