On the work front, Yami is gearing up for the release of her upcoming comedy drama film ‘Bala’, co-starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar.
In the film, Yami plays the role of a local supermodel and had said that her experience in modelling came in handy for the preparation.
Directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan, ‘Bala’ is slated to release on 7 November, 2019.
Yami is also currently busy filming for the romantic comedy ‘Ginny Weds Sunny’, directed by Puneet Khanna and co-starring Vikrant Massey.
Her last outing was the action film ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’, where her performance of a secret agent was well-appreciated.
