The upcoming episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins as Raman and Ishita reach the doctor’s office. They’re worried about Ruhi’s condition. The doctor tells them that Ruhi can’t conceive a child. She explains its because she had an appendix operation years ago, and it ruptured inside her body. Her tubes are blocked. Ishita is devastated because Ruhi is suffering from the same problem as she did years ago. Raman tries to comfort her, and says they’ll find treatment for their daughter. Raman doesn’t want to tell Ruhi about the truth because it will cause her a lot of trauma. Ishita is hesitant about lying to everyone, but she trusts Raman.
Aliya talks to Ruhi, but she’s still worried about her health. Karan is also feeling guilty because of he wasn’t able to help Ruhi when she needed him. Ruhi seeks assurance from Aliya, who tells her she’s completely normal.
Yug brings an agreement to Karan and tells him, it says that he’ll have to love and care for Ruhi all her life without any conditions. Karan signs the agreement.
Ishita is afraid if Karan and his family is going to accept Ruhi or not. Raman assures her that Karan loves Ruhi and will never reject her because of her medical condition. They meet the doctor to discuss Ruhi’s case and are shocked to see Sudha enter the room. Sudha teases them, but she’s happy with Ruhi and her son’s union.
Sudha visits the Bhalla house to take part in the wedding preparations.
