The upcoming episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins as Ruhi is selecting the jewelry. Ruhi is grateful toward Karan for supporting her. Their conversation is interrupted because Aliya has fainted in the living room. They rush to her, and call Doctor Pankhudi. Ishita feels her family is being punished because they haven’t told Ruhi the truth about her medical condition. Karan tells her to wait for the doctor. Dr. Pankhudi declares that Aliya is pregnant. Yug, and everyone else is overjoyed by the news. Raman tells Yug that he’ll have to take care of Aliya and support her through the pregnancy.
Ishita is still devastated by the news that Ruhi can’t become a mother. She remembers her own experience and how bad people made her feel because she couldn’t conceive a child. Raman comforts her, and says they’re going to find the best possible treatment for Ruhi.
As she’s travelling in the car, Dr. Pankhudi realizes that she left Ruhi’s reports at the Bhalla house. She phones Ishita and tells her to find it. Ishita becomes alarmed and runs to the living room.
Ruhi says goodbye to Sudha and Karan and finds the report on the table. She opens it, and find out its her report. She reads the results and is devastated.
Tomorrow: Ruhi tells Karan the truth. She won’t ever be able to conceive a child on her own.
