The episode begins as Mihika opens Neeti’s necklace and finds it empty. Suddenly, Neeti snatches it away from her grasp and acts very upset for such infringement of her privacy. Mihika apologies to her, and reasons that she loved the design of the locket and was looking for the name of the brand. Ishita and Mihika discuss Neeti’s condition with Toshi ji. It’s Diwali eve and the family plans to celebrate it together. They plan their events,band Ishita observes that Neeti will remain in her room so she won’t be able to see her face. Raman and Yug go to the market to buy sweets and fruits. Ishita sends Aliya to fetch new clothes and gifts for Neeti.
Mihika watches Neeti drawing on a tissue paper and encourages her to draw with better tools. Ishita thinks it could lead them to a discovery. As she’s in her room, Mihika steaks Neeti’s locket and shows it to Ishita. They decide to call the family jeweler to check the locket.
Arijit is getting desperate to know about Neeti. He phones Sanjay and asks him for update. Sanjay watches Raman and Yug enter the building and interacting with a jeweler. Arijit calls Thia and asks him Neeti ever wore any jewellery. Thia tells him about the locket but because it came from abroad it won’t have identification in India.
The jeweler tells the same thing to Ishita. The Bhalla family celebrates Diwali with puja, and even Neeti comes out of her house to pray.
Tomorrow: Ishita asks for Arijit’s help in identifying Neeti’s drawing.
