The episode begins with Kairav and Laksh on the orders of Taai ji, who talks to a priest on the phone for a big pooja ceremony to receive the blessings of gods. Before Kartik can object, Taai ji accepts the offer. Naira listens from a corner and decides to leave the Goenka house.
She goes to her home, and begins to cry. Naksh and Rajshri comfort her, but Naira says that she shouldn’t have confessed her love to Kartik again. If she gets attached to him again, it’ll be very unfair to his new wife Vedika. Naira has already ruined their relationship since the day she arrived with Kairav at their home.
Vedika thanks Kartik for understanding her situation and also trusting her. She has made kachoris for him, but Kartik declines her offer. She questions if he’s feeling good, and if he has talked to Naira.
Kartik goes to meet Naira but they can’t talk to each other because of the presence of other family members. Kairav and Laksh tell everyone to play a game of hide and seek. Kartik corners Naira in the kitchen during the game, and tells her he’s in love with her. Naira doesn’t want to get close to him because it’ll mean betraying Vedika and her family members.
Kartik wants her to know that he’ll handle every situation if she agrees to reunite with him. Vedika, who’s sitting behind a counter, listens to their conversation, is heartbroken. Kairav and Laksh come and interrupt the discussion and call Kartik a cheater. Kartik replies that he’s never going to repeat his mistakes, while looking meaningfully at Naira.
