The episode begins with the entire family rushing to save Akhilesh, who has jumped in the pool to commit suicide. Naira is horrified as she watches Kartik hurl himself with others to pull Akhilesh out of the water, but they successfully drag him out to safety. The Goena family takes Akhilesh to the hospital. Naira is also turning to leave, but her feet slips and she fall into the pool. She screams, and gets tangled in ropes and can’t manage to break the surface of water. Kartik sense her voice from behind, and sprints back to save her. His repeated efforts to pull her up fail because if the ropes around her legs, but he finally grabs her and pushes up on the surface.
Kairav, who’s come back to find Naira and Jolly Singh is shocked when he sees Kartik in the pool and notices his locket. He realises the truth that Kartik is Jolly Singh. He keeps silent as his parents join him and and they leave for the hospital.
Surekha is devastated, but the doctors tell them that Akhilesh is out of danger, but he keeps on repeating that they shouldn’t have saved him. The family goes to meet him and he apologizes to them again. Naira suggests that he has already spent time in punishment and they should now accept him back into the family. Kartik agrees with her and days if Surekha has forgiven him, then they should all do the same.
Kartik and Naira go to the yard to meet Kairav. He comes near Kartik and then tears off his fake beard. He says he found all about their lies.
At home, the Goenka family us finally a little happy until Kartik and Naira return with Kairav and he exposes their ruse.
Tomorrow: Naira decides to reform Kairav’s behaviour.
