The episode begins with Karitk waiting for Kairav to arrive for his birthday party. His father tells him to not act too overexcited, but Kartik is delighted the moment he see his son. Kartik is thankful to Naira for bringing Kairav to the party, but she says that his son belongs to him today.
The whole family wishes Kairav, but he’s colder toward his father, as when asked to wish his father, he delivers it in a monotone and without any emotion. He also avoids kissing Kartik.
The celebration for his birthday begin inside the house. The family pray before the family for blessings, and Kairav asks god to turn his father back to the person he was because his angry behavior is very bad.
Naira is still uncertain about when she should give her gift to Kartik. A mailman arrives and gives a basket of gift to her, but Kartik assumes that its from Naira, until he reads the greeting card. He is slightly disappointed but he doesn’t react angrily at her.
Kairav continues to behave oddly, which leads Naksh to ask Naira if he’s feeling sick. Naira assures him that Kairav is in good health. When Kartik lifts Kairav up for a twirl, he reacts by saying that he’s feeling dizzy.
Kartik then announces a game of maze, in which the participants have to travel to the center and get the plate of Kachori that’s kept there. Kairav asks Nairav if she’s going to play the game and gets angry when she says no. At his demands, she agrees to. Kartik, Kairav and Naira enter the maze as the whole family cheers for them from outside.
