Granddaughter of late actress Nutan and daughter of actor Mohnish Bahl Pranutan is ready to set her foot in Bollywood along with Zaheer Iqbal, whose family has nothing to do with the film industry.
The duo is cast together in National award-winning director Nitin Kakkar’s upcoming flick titled ‘Notebook’. The romance-drama is slated to release this year itself.
Iqbal’s family is in the jewelry business and it has a non-filmy background but his father is a good friend of Bollywood actor Salman Khan and that’s how he was exposed to the cinematic world. Zaheer gave a performance of Salman’s sister’s wedding and grabbed his attention.
Since then Salman had faith in Zaheer and trained him personally. After undergoing immense training and personality grooming he landed a role in ‘Notebook’.
In December 2018, Salman took to Twitter to make the official announcement about the movie and wrote, “The most beautiful love story has a release date… #Notebook hits the cinemas on March 29, 2019. Trailer coming soon. @SKFilmsOfficial @iamzahero @PranutanBahl #NitinSKakkar @MuradKhetani @ashwinvarde”
