Actress Zaira Wasim says that she will definitely speak her mind if she feels that there is a need to speak it. Zaira is an introvert person but she is not shy about speaking her mind out if there is a need arises. However, Zaira has not raised her voice time and again but she would do when the push comes to shove.
During the recent interview, Zaira says that she hardly speaks or give her opinions. But if she feels that if there is a need to speak or take a stand then she will definitely do it. She is not an opinionated person and she does not voice her opinion so frequently.
Zaira’s recently released movie, ‘Secret Superstar was a great hit. The movie features Zaira Wasin and Aamir Khan in the lead role. The movie is getting a positive response from the audience and that is what all matter to her. She is not much bothered with the box office collection number all she is concerned with that the movie is getting good reviews. She believes that the good story defines the success of the movie. However, she knew before that the story is amazing but she did not except such kind of overwhelming response from the audience.
Some of the people have liked the movie because it shows a beautiful mother and daughter relationship while the remaining like the strength of women. The movie has been directed by the Advait Chandan. The movie ‘Secret Superstar’ marks the second movie of Zaira. Earlier she did a movie ‘Dangal’ and she says that she is open to doing all sort of movies though if they are a content driven.
However, she feels that as an actor she is not able to register the method in the acting and she still confused with the terms of roles and films. She is exploring herself as an actor. She believes that her strength for acting is her conviction for it. She is interested in doing an entertainer if the makers of the movie provided the story and she is still convinced about it.
When she did her first movie along with the actor Aamir Khan, all the people from her home state Jammu Kashmir has been really proud of her and now her recently released movie ‘ Secret Superstar’ did well as well so she is very happy. When the movie ‘Dangal’ got release she was in Jammu and they had a screening of the movie with some people and they all liked the movie the character was emotional steering. However, she feels that the working environment is very easy and everyone took so much pride in her work.
Zaria says that when coming to the sentiments of the people she is very well aware that how would they feel back home for a movie’s character and even she feels exactly the same about the character. She is very much careful about her work and she knows that what they will like in a movie. If she feels that let’s ignore it then even they feel that they should ignore this and they might not like it.
She would be really happy if more people from her state would enter into the film industry but she does not want that somebody would treat her like a role model. She does not want to be a role model for anyone. She feels that everyone has their own wishes so it is their wish if they want to get in or not. It is totally their choice and she does not want anyone to look up to her and she says that someone should be not like this if she has entered the industry then even you have to go. She feels that it is an individual choice.
She considers her co-star Aamir Khan as her friend who is just a one phone call away. Everyone is the Bollywood industry calls him as a Mr. Perfectionist but she feels that for he is Mr. Passionate because when it comes to work he is very dedicated. If you are working along with a person like Aamir Khan then you have to give your 2oo percent. As an actor, you have to match step by step with Aamir’s dedication to work.
