Considering this, Ambrosia – The Bake Shop, is hosting a pop-up shop ‘Diwali Soiree’ on the 11th of October at its Chembur outlet. Exhibiting here will be Gifts Tell All, DB Jewels, Prerna Bakshi and Shraddha Malhotra.
What could be a better occasion than Diwali to gift yourself some ethnic jewellery from DB Jewels? You could also choose to surprise your friends with some funky merchandise from Gifts Tell All. Adding upto all the excitement will be Prerna Bakshi doing some tarot card reading for you.
And yet again, how can a Diwali Soiree be complete without some sweets. Regaling those with a sweet tooth will be Shraddha Malhotra – owner of Ambrosia The Bake Shop. With her conducting a tasting-session of Ambrosia’s Diwali Capsule menu – Le Hindutva, you can sample her Diwali Sweets before you place a bulk order for any of them. Gift them or devour them – you definitely can’t ignore them.
And if Le Hindutva has you decrypting the name, think no further. The menu is an assemblage where the best of Parisian patisserie meets the best of Indian sweets. Indian because nobody could do them better than one of Indian ethnicity and Parisian because Shraddha Malhotra is a chef from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris.
From crunchy and moist macaroons to the more unconventional gulab jamun cheesecakes, to some fun mediants, to mini chocolate cakes to brownies to the visually enticing rose panacotta, the soiree is going to leave you spoilt for choice.
