Amazfit GTR 2e and Amaxfit GTS 2e smartwatches will be launched on 19th January in India. The company shared the launch date and video teasers on Twitter, and also revealed the specifications. Both the smartwatches are the affordable versions of Amazfit GTR 2 and Amazfit GTS 2 and they were introduced in China last month and made their global debut at CES 2021.
Amazfit India announced 19th January 2021 as the launch date for the smartwatches through teaser videos for both the smartwatches. The smartwatches will eb released with similar features but Amazfit GTR 2e will have a longer battery life. The dial shapes will also be different. Amazfit GTR 2e will be available through Amazon and Amazfit India’s website and will be available in Obsidian Black, Slate Grey and Matcha Green colours.
Main features of Amazfit GTR 2e were also unveiled in the teaser video. the smartwatch will have a 1.39-inch HD Always-ON AMOLED display, 24-days battery life and 5ATM water resistance. It will have a round-shaped display and a curved bezel-less design. It will also include health features like 24-hour heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation measurement and sleep quality monitoring.
Amazfit GTR 2e will have 90 sports modes and around 50 watch faces. The video shows that the smartwatch has around 40 matching Always-ON displays. It also has a PAI health assessment system which gives a score to summarize the physical state. The smartwatch also has stress level monitoring and voice assessment features. On the other hand, Amazfit GTS 2e will be available for sale through Flipkart and Amazfit India website. It will be released in Urban Grey, Desert Gold and Midnight Black colours.
Amazfit GTS 2e will have a bezel-less design and 1.65-inch HD Always-ON AMOLED square-shaped display. It will also have features of heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep monitoring features. The smartwatch will have 90 sports modes, around 50 watch faces and 40 matching Always-ON display along with 5ATM water resistance. The smartwatch also has a 14-days battery life. It also has a PAI health assessment system and voice assessment system.
