Asus is giving away the Zenfone 5Z for a massive discount of up to ₹8000 in India. The Taiwanese company is offering this discount on its flagship smartphone from January 9th to January 11th as a part of the ‘ASUS Days’ celebration.
Asus has been focusing on the Indian market recently with its back-to-back budget smartphones, the Max Pro M1 and the Max Pro M2. The Zenfone 5Z was introduced in India in February with the same principle in mind. Before Xiaomi’s Pocofone, Asus’s Zenfone 5Z was the first phone to offer the Snapdragon 845 processor at the lowest price. The phone still has some perks over the Pocofone including its glass-sandwich design, stereo speakers, and a pair of earphones that come with the box.
The Zenfone 5Z was launched for a starting price of ₹29,999 for the base variant that has 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. However, after the release of the Pocofone, it became hard for Asus to sell its flagship device in India. Asus has introduced several offers and discounts for the Zenfone 5Z including the ones at Flipkart Big Billion days, where the device was essentially available for ₹25,000.
However, the ASUS Days discount might offer the phone at a price that has never been seen before. The discount is available for the 6GB/128GB variant and the 8GB/256GB variant. During the ASUS Days, you can grab the 6GB/128GB variant for a price of ₹24,999 and the 8GB/128GB variant for 28,999. These devices were available for a price tag of ₹32,999 and ₹36,999 respectively.
Apart from Zenfone 5Z, Asus is also offering a ₹1000 discount on all the variants of Zenfone Max Pro M1, along with no cost EMI and Complete Mobile Protection Plan worth ₹799 for ₹99.
The ASUS Days sale will also make the Zenfone Lite L1 available for a price of ₹4,999. The device’s original price is ₹5,999.
Asus is also offering huge discounts for Complete Mobile Protection Plan.
