Coolpad has launched the Cool 3 in India for an asking price of ₹5,999. The device will be available in online markets by the end of this week bu the dates of the device’s offline availability has not been shared.
The Cool 3 comes with a water-drop notch and features a dual glossy back cover that with edges highlighting in different colors. The phone will come in four color options: Midnight Blue, Ocean Indigo, Teal Green and Ruby Black.
As for the specifications, the phone comes with a 5.7-inch HD+ display and features a 90 percent screen to body ratio. Coolpad 3 is powered by an octa-core Unisoc processor, which is clocked at 1.3GHz, coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage.
In terms of optics, the phone features dual camera setup at the rear with an 8-megapixel primary sensor and 0.3-megapixel secondary sensor. At the front, the phone has a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. The Cool 3 runs on Android 9.0 Pie and is backed up by 3000mAh battery. The phone supports face unlock feature and also comes with a fingerprint scanner that is accommodated at the back panel of the device.
The previous devices from Coolpad are Coolpad Mega 5, Mega 5M, Mega 5C, for a starting price of ₹3,999. All of these phones are available exclusively through offline multi-brand outlets across India.
