The Chinese mobile-manufacturers have announced two mid-range phones yesterday name Enjoy 20 Plus 5G and Enjoy 20.
So let’s have a detailed look at both the new devices launched by Huawei.
First up is Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus 5G.
The Huawei 20 Plus 5G offers you a 20:9 IPS LCD screen with a 1080x2400px resolution. The screen size is 6.63 inches. Moving on to the camera it has a 16MP f/2.0 front camera. The rear camera consists of a 48MP main unit with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP F/2.4 ultrawide unit, and a dedicated 2MP macro shooter with f/2.4 aperture. The screen has a refresh rate of 90Hz
The front camera is hidden and will come out when in use. So you get a notch-less display in this device.
Talking about processor and memory, this device features Mediatek’s new mid-range 5G chipset named Dimensity 720. You can choose any one of the two variants. One comes with 6gigs of RAM and 128 gigs of internal storage. The other one comes with 8 gigs of RAM and 128 gigs of storage.
The storage is expandable up to 256 GB. You will get a 4,200 mAh battery which will support 40 W fast charging. The handset ships with Huawei’s latest EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10.
The 6gigs variant will cost you $335 and the 8gigs variant will cost you $365. This phone is available in Black, Gradient Blue, Forest Green, and Pink.
Now let’s see the Huawei Enjoy 20 5G.
The screen size is the same as of the Enjoy 20 Plus but the resolution is less. It comes with 720 x 1600px. There is also a drop in the refresh rate. You will get a 60Hz refresh rate on this device.
Talking about the camera system, the rear setup consists of a 13MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture, 5MP ultrawide-angle snapper with f/2.2 aperture, and the same 2MP macro camera with 4cm fixed focus distance. The front camera is an 8MP f/2.0.aperture. You get a teardrop notch in this device. So no pop-up camera system for the Enjoy 20 5G.
There is a plus point though, the battery is bigger in the Enjoy 20. It gives you a battery of 5000mAh but the fast charge support is up to 10 Watts only.
The processor is the same as the 20 Plus, i.e the Dimensity 720. This device also has two variants. One with 4 gigs of RAM and another with 6 gigs of RAM. The internal is 128 gigs but surprisingly this phone has a slot for a standard micro SD and it supports card up to 512 GB.
The Enjoy 20 5G comes in the same Black, Gold, Green, and Pink colors. The 4GB configuration starts at $250 while the 6GB option sells for $280.
The sales start from 10th September and they are available for pre-order. No news of global rollout for this device is known yet. For now, it is only being sold in China.
Even if it comes to India, there are a lot of phones which will provide much better features in the same segment like k30 Ultra or Redmi 10x or 10x pro.
