Liu Zuohu announced on Twitter that there will be no OnePlus 8T Pro this year.
OnePlus CEO took to Twitter to announce this news. No OnePlus 8T Pro this year. So OnePlus 8T will be the final device this year. He said that Pro-level products can continue to choose OnePlus 8 Pro, the annual machine king. He also said that the OnePlus 8T is a surprise and it is worth the wait.
The main reason is that there have already been good upgrades in the Pro version. So there was not much room for further update says One Plus for an OnePlus 8T Pro device. It would be hard to sell the 8T Pro version because of this issue. As anyone would choose 8 Pro over 8T Pro if there were only minor changes but a big change in price.
The OnePlus 8T is very much awaited by fans. It is set to come with a 120Hz display, 4,500mAh battery, 65W wired charging.
Well, mixed feelings after this news though. Fans would have wanted the OnePlus 8T Pro but if there was not much upgrade in the device, then there was no point in bringing it. As the company would want to see the rise in revenue and sales first after all. So it seems like a wise decision. Let’s see how the OnePlus 8T will fare once it comes into the market.
