Motorola has been teasing the launch of Moto G7 in India. Now, the Lenovo-owned company has revealed that the smartphone will be launching in India on Monday, March 25. Motorola has already launched one smartphone from Moto G-series–the Moto G7–in India and is now bringing the second smartphone from the series in the form of Moto G7. The Moto G7 packs a 6.24-inch full-HD+ (1080×2270 pixels) display with a waterdrop notch and is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM.
Motorola announced the release date through its official India Twitter handle. The company has not revealed any more information other than the release date, including the Moto G7’s price, launch offers, and availability In India. Nevertheless, the Moto G7 was launched bearing a price tag of $299 (around ₹20,700), its price tag in India is expected to hover around the Rs. 20,000 mark. It is not clear if the smartphone will be an online-exclusive smartphone or if it will be available through offline stores as well. To recall, the Moto G7 Power was launched in India last month and went on sale via Flipkart as well as retail stores.
The Moto G7 features a 6.24-inch Full HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 coupled with 4GB of RAM and 65GB of onboard storage. The device has a dual camera setup at the back with a 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. On the front, the phone has an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
