HMD Global has launched the much-awaited Nokia X Series- Nokia X10 and Nokia X20. Both the smartphones offer 5G connectivity and a clean Android 11 UI. A quad-camera setup is offered at the rear of both smartphones. Along with the X series, HMD Global has also launched the G series and C series.

Nokia X10 Specifications

Nokia X10 is powered by Snapdragon 480 5G octa-core chipset, coupled with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The storage on the device can be expanded via a microSD card up to 512GB. The smartphone runs on Android 11 with a clean UI.

The smartphone sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1,080×2,400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display has a peak brightness of 450nits and carries a tiny punch-hole for the front camera.

Nokia X10

As for the cameras, the device features a quad-camera setup at the rear with a 48MP primary sensor, a 5MP sensor with ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter. Nokia has collaborated with Zeiss optics for the cameras. Upfront, an 8MP sensor is placed under the punch-hole.

The mobile phone packs a 4,470mAh battery with 18W fast charging. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a dedicated Google Assistant button, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and supports OZO audio. The device ships with IP52-rating for dust and water resistance. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, FM radio, and a USB Type-C port. The smartphone weighs 210 grams.

The Nokia X10 will be offered in two color options- Forest and Snow. The device starts from EUR 309 (Rs. 27,400) and is available in three storage options- 6GB RAM + 64GB, 6GB RAM + 128GB, and 4GB RAM + 128GB. It will hit the European markets in June.

Considering the price range, it will compete with Realme X7 Pro 5G, which is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ 5G SoC, 120Hz AMOLED panel, 64MP quad-cameras. Realme X7 Pro seems to be ahead of Nokia X10 in terms of specifications.

Nokia X20 Specifications

Nokia X20 has almost similar specifications as the Nokia X10 like Snapdragon 480 5G octa-core chipset, a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display, and the same 4,470mAh battery with 18W fast-charging. However, there are differences in the cameras and storage configurations.

Nokia X20 features a quad-camera setup at the rear with a 64MP primary sensor, a 5MP sensor with ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter. The camera system is backed by Zeiss optics. Upfront, a 32MP sensor is placed under the punch-hole on the display. The device weighs 220 grams.

Nokia X20

The smartphone will be offered in two color options- Nordic Blue and Sun. The pricing starts from EUR 349 (Rs. 31,000) and is offered in two storage variants- 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB. It will be available in European markets from May.

The retail box of the phones will not carry wall chargers in European Union regions. HMD Global is yet to reveal the Indian availability of smartphones.
