OnePlus 7 is tipped to launch exactly one month later. Ishan Agarwal, a prominent tipster, has claimed that OnePlus will be launching its next-generation flagship smartphones on May 14, 2019.
According to previous reports, OnePlus 7 was expected to launch in May this year. Now, the tip from the tipster has solidified the rumors. Nevertheless, there is no word from the company’s officials regarding the launch of the smartphone.
This year OnePlus is said to launch a total of three new devices–OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro, and, OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. This will mark the first time the company will be deviating from its practice of launching one device in the early months of the year and then following it with aT variant four to five months later.

There have been various leaks and renders of the upcoming OnePlus 7, ahead of the launch. The OnePlus 7 Pro has been spotted on Weibo revealing design details as well as the device’s specifications.
According to the Weibo leak, OnePlus 7 Pro is shown to be coming in with dual-edged display, similar to the display on Samsung Galaxy S10. The phone is seen to be sporting a notch-less display which further hints at a pop-up selfie camera. The back of the smartphone is not shown in the leaked images. Another leak gives us an insight into the specifications of the smartphone, and the ‘About Phone’ section reveals that the OnePlus 7 Pro will be coming in with a 6.67-inch Super Optic display, a Snapdragon 855 processor paired with 8GB RAM, 256GB of internal storage, and triple rear camera setup. The camera module on the smartphone compromises of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 16-megapixel secondary sensor, and an 8-megapixel tertiary sensor. The OnePlus 7 is listed to run on Android Pie.
Notably, the OnePlus 7 Pro leak on Weibo came with the model number GM1915. The same model number also approved on Bluetooth SIG certificate site, suggesting that there is indeed a Pro model this time around.
