OnePlus 8T has received the BIS (India’s Bureau of Standards) certification and we will soon have it in the market.
The alleged listing of the device, spotted by tipster Sudhanshu, reveals the model number KB2001, which is the same model that was spotted on Geekbench back in July. Along with the model number, the Geekbench also had some insights into what the device may bring with it.
the OnePlus 8T (KB2001) will pack 8GB RAM and boot Android 11 OS out of the box. It managed to score 912 points in the single-core and 3288 in the multi-core tests, respectively. The screen is supposed to be a 120Hz AMOLED display, It will have a quad-camera setup with a new 48MP sensor, a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5MP macro lens, and a 2MP portrait sensor. One Plus 8T will also be the first OnePlus device to support 8K video-recording.
Yesterday itself I wrote about OnePlus teasing some guides on their site about the upcoming devices which included this device and even an OnePlus 8T Pro. With the BIS certification done, all eyes on OnePlus’s announcement now.
