Recently there had been a live photo leak of the Oppo R19, and now an alleged poster image of the phone has surfaced online. The phone is expected to release in China soon and in the poster image, the smartphone can be seen featuring a bezel-less screen, a dual camera setup, and a gradient panel. The Oppo R19 is also tipped to be coming in with a pop-up selfie camera. The selfie camera in the Oppo R19 pops out of the center of the top edge of the phone directly on top of the rear cameras at the back.
The aforementioned poster has been shared on the Chinese social media site Weibo and in it, the phone can be seen from the front and the back angles. At the back, the Oppo R19 can be seen sporting a dual camera setup and a gradient purple back panel design. The phone is expected to come in more color shades at the time of launch. The Oppo R19 comes in with a dual camera setup at the back, which is aligned vertically with an LED flash sitting below the module. The front side of the device reveals an edge-to-edge screen with little to no bezels, which has been possible because of the implementation of a pop-up camera in the device. The pop-up camera was first seen on the Vivo Nex, nevertheless, with the Oppo R19, the selfie camera pops up from the middle of the top edge of the device.
The poster also suggests that one of the dual sensors at the back of the Oppo R19 will be a 48-megapixel sensor. Apart from this, the poster reveals little to no details about the device. The poster falls in line with previously released leaks which showed the same placement of the selfie camera and back panel design. The poster does not show a fingerprint scanner at the back of the device, so it is safe to assume that it is embedded underneath the display.
Oppo has not revealed any specific date for the launch of the device, however, it is expected to debut sometime in March. Until then, the leaks and poster should be taken with a pinch of salt.
